Because Belara House products are consumable food and beverage items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including for unopened products.

 

No Returns

Due to food safety and quality control standards, Belara House does not accept returns of any products, whether opened or unopened.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

 

Store Credit (Discretionary)

In rare circumstances, Belara House may choose, at its sole discretion, to offer store credit as a courtesy. Any such credit is issued on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

 

Store credit, if issued:

  • Will be valid only for purchases at belarahouse.com
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Cannot be transferred or resold
  • Does not include any shipping or handling charges

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If store credit is issued, it will apply only to the product purchase price, not to any shipping, delivery, duties, or taxes paid.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or if the incorrect product was delivered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

* Your order number
* Photos of the package and product
* A brief description of the issue

If the issue is verified, Belara House may choose to replace the item or issue store credit, at our sole discretion.

 

Fraud Prevention

Belara House reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny store credit requests in cases of suspected abuse of this policy.
